At Baseyra, we care! And that is why we partner with the best logistics partners to ensure fast and timely delivery of the products to you. 

Currently, we are shipping within India.

Shipping Charges 

Shipping will be free above 499 INR for all locations served by our delivery partners in India. We ship from our Noida office.

Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list price. However, an additional GST price will be charged towards checkout. There are no hidden delivery charges.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Most items in stock are shipped within 3 business day of receiving the order. You can expect these to be delivered within 4-5 business days in major metro cities and between 6-12 days for other locations, once the order is confirmed.

Made on order products take around 25-30 days to dispatch. We will inform you as soon as the product is ready and is dispatched.

More shipping info is available on the product page for individual shipping time-lines and tracking. 

Our logistics partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and other political situations. 

As soon as we ship your package, we will send the tracking details to you through email.

Please note that due to Covid restrictions, shipments may be delayed.

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.

We will personally ensure that a new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send the product back to us.
